- You must provide a clear, unedited opening video of the package, from the moment it is sealed until fully opened.
- Without the opening video, we will be unable to process any claims.

- All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-returnable items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Items without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
4. Refund process
- Once we receive your returned item and verify the opening video proof, we will initiate your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after approval.
